Sorry to bring up the old thread. But do we need to clean the temperature probe as well ?

Yes you can do it while you are attending to the MAF sensor. But a dirty temperature sensor would not make a noticeable difference in performance because the air temperature does not change rapidly and even if it does it takes sometime (in the order of a couple of seconds) for the probe to detect it anyway.
