Hi,

Recently I faced and accident in southern highway and because of that my Swift (Japanese) damaged (Airbag, ABS, Suspensionand body).I want to know which is the best place to repair the damages (Since I’ve to replace Airbag, ABS, Suspensionetc). Can you recommend an Associated motor (Lanka) Pvt Ltd (Full subsidiary of A*W)?

Seems like they don’t have man power or equipment to repair? Some people are saying that is good and some others saying bad. That one is located closer my living area. That what I'm looking for your recomondations.

Can I trust that place?

To do this repair properly you need a company with a body jig/ Frame, which can straighten out your chassis. Its a delicate job, and if not done properly the car will be crooked forever.

The parts can obviously be found from the usual sources.

Fortunately, there are no damages to the chassis, buffers or engine. The right side wheel fully damaged(including suspension and ABS)There are no critical damage to other parts.

Sometimes the damage is not obvious. When suspension gets damaged it usually knocks the suspension brackets back which is connected to the chassis so correction might still be necessary.

If you have the money, by all means take it to the agent. Else there are plenty other body shops who will do a good job.

No in fact A*W repairs are very good. Ive seen them work and they are very competent. I dont own a nissan personally but ive heard good reveiws from my friends who do. A with any agent theyre not cheap, but their work is excellent. For a job like this, where like don said there most likely is chassis damage, agents are the best bet if you can afford it.

What does insurance say? Usually this sort of damage is a writeoff. Are they sponsoring the repair?
