Eps Issue On Swift Car

Hi all

I have a suzuki swift ( indian ) and with EPS

Just recently I've noticed steering wheel locks ( stop the rotation ) when I try to QUICKLY turning the steering wheel

It is happening only when I try to turn the wheel quickly, otherwise no issue

Any idea what is the reason for this ? and what can we do to it
