sammycajer Posted August 19, 2014 Share Posted August 19, 2014 Guys, have you ever tried to replace the eg8 washer bottle.. i tried to do it today and it sucks.. seems to be i have to remove most of the parts including the AC bottle . if anybody knows a better way to replace it please let me know. sammycajer Posted August 20, 2014 Author Share Posted August 20, 2014 yes.. it is accessible after removing the front bumper but the thing is it is not possible to remove the bottle without removing the AC bottle since there is no space to remove.. I found the motor for 1500/= at a well known place in maharagama but couldnt find the washer pipe kit.. Anyone has an idea where or does anyone got any suggestions for an alternative. You should be able to find the tubing at Delkanda, Panchikawatte or at Places like Euron!ppon. Don't expect to find the exact kit, just find a set of pipes and do alterations so that it fits your car. Alternative: Aquarium air tubes. Available at any pet store that sells aquarium equipment. Used on one of my previous cars and lasted until I sold the car. Buy the variant that has a thick wall.
