Dear Friends, I have a N16 Auto Car. Now there is a sound "Hmmmmmmm" from Razors ( i think so). Do i have to replace those? If so, what it will be the cost ?

Its easy to figure out if its the bearings. If its from the engine mechanics use a scope like device to listen to the hum and pin point where its coming from.

If the sound comes from wheels its possibly the hub razors. you can check this easily. Jack up the car, rotate the wheels. If they do not rotate smoothly possibly hub razors are gone. Modern hub razors come as a compact set with 4/5 screws. .

it could be as simple as badly worn out tire or tires. best is to isolate which tire has the noise and check with a different tire (i.e spare wheel ) to see whethe the noise disappears. Then you can get into other diagnosis such as checking hub bearings. Most probably this should be from rear wheels.
