Repair Warped Steel Wheel

Today I used my 16x4 spare steel wheel for the first time since getting the car and found out it is warped. I am the first owner of this reconditioned car and the wheel looks brand new. I don't know how this can happen .

Anyway, any place recommended for repairs ? I searched and got one place called "Macro".

Went to Macro. Decent service. Apparently it wasn't the wheel but the lug nuts. The lug nuts from the aftermarket alloy wheels were not properly securing the OEM spare wheel. Required shorter tapered nuts.
