Chevrolet Cruze 2003 Front Axle

Can anybody tell me a place to buy front axles with inner cv joints for my chevrolet cruze 2003. I have searched several places but couldn't find. Any idea about the cost?

I found right side inner CV joint of a cruze for 6500/= (re conditioned) from Gampola when I search one for my suzuki swift. But 2 years back

Parts are available everywhere but don't go and ask for Chevrolet Cruze. Always ask for Suzuki Swift (jeep model) CV joints or take a sample with you.

No. There are slight differences. Best thing is to match it to the chassis # because even with a sample in hand it is difficult to see the differences. There are plenty of Swift parts (HT51S) but not many Cruze (HR51S) parts.

Few months back I've search up and down in Highlevel road with a sample but could not find the correct one. But the garage owner (NSM Edirisinghe Motors) told me they installed few axels and even as recent as 2 days before I was there and parts came from same area where I searched.

Part may be available in Kurunegala or Mawanella (Behind that filling station) too. Good luck and do keep us posted the about the place without delay if you find one.

A*W will bring you down the spares within 2-3 months time after full (or part? I can't remember) payment and one side will cost about staggering 72 K and other side 10K more. That is including axel, both inner and outer CV joints and rubber parts.

The Cruze is a re badged Swift HT51S so quite a lot of the parts are interchangeable. To test this theory you need to take your existing CV joint as a sample. Its very difficult to buy the correct part otherwise.
