Tale Lights For Lancer Wagon

I own a Lancer Wagon which is 1978 made. I broke i tale light from a small accident so i'm looking for a place to buy a new one or a pair. Can any one point me to a place where i can find them ? I live in kadawatha so my preference is a place near kadawatha or panchikawaththa.

Take a walk in Panchikawatte. You'll find them for sure. Are you looking for the lens or the entire assembly?

Locally made lenses are available and they're OK because you haven't got any choice. They just fade a bit quickly (the reverse light turns yellowish), but they serve the purpose. Looks exactly like the original.

I'm looking for the whole assembly. And i heard there is place in Makola Area, anything any one here know about a place Makola for lancer parts ?

Since you're looking for the whole assembly, you can try the "watte" area in Panchikawatte. Old Lancer parts are available at the "watte" area near BMC (Building Materials Corporation). You will find the housing without the lens there. A new lens can be bought from a shop in Panchikawatte. Just ask the people from whom you buy the housing and they will lead you to a shop.

Body parts are becoming harder to find for old Japs now.
