Please somebody tell me the meaning of this icon inside the red circle.

Refered vehicle here is Toyota Premio 2015.

The English translation is a bit confusing, though I think its a air purifying system. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Air_ioniser

I only pressed this ones on my car and as I can remember, the fan started to blow at full speed and the ION icon appeared, then I think I switched it off. Never bothered to switch it on again.

It’s the user manual for Allion, but guess most of it applies for the premio as well. I've checked the user manuals section and it’s already posted there
