Car Brake Make Noise

Hi,

Yesterday evening had under-wash to the car from Au*o M*raj. Also as per my request they spray the "break cleaner" without removing break pads (just removing two front wheels). But Today morning I observed that when I press the brake it make noise(It is difficult to explain the sound. But its bit similar to whistle).When I checked the break pads 3 months ago they were good. What could be the problem?
