Next step is to get your alternator and charging system checked as suggested by asrock above. Just because the car now works with a replacement battery does not mean your old battery is bad nor that the charging system is good. Even if the battery is bad it could still be due to a fault in the charging system. Hence go to an electrician who has a digital meter and check the battery voltage at an engine speed of 2000 RPM (approximately to the ear if you do not have a RPM meter) and with all electrical loads (Headlights, AC etc) switched on. The voltage should be between 13.8 to 14.2. If not you need to get your alternator checked for worn out brushes, faulty rectifier diodes or regulator, corroded connections etc. Get your battery terminal connections cleaned too.

I replaced new battery. The problem is solved

New Reading is

All Features On ( AC Head Light Radio ) at Ideal Speed 12.2V

All Features On ( AC Head Light Radio ) at RPM 2000 ( Approximately ) 14.4V

A Radio on Head Light on - Engine off 11.8v

All off 12.1 - 12.2 v

Please advice on above reading correct or any repair to be done

Thanks in advance

I replaced new battery. The problem is solved

New Reading is

All Features On ( AC Head Light Radio ) at Ideal Speed 12.2V - This value is low but if the measurement was done soon after starting it is misleading. Usually the idle speed value with full load is lower than the nominal value of 14V but should be more than 12.8V

All Features On ( AC Head Light Radio ) at RPM 2000 ( Approximately ) 14.4V - This is fine.

A Radio on Head Light on - Engine off 11.8v - Does not provide any clue.

All off 12.1 - 12.2 v - Too low for a fully charged new battery. However, if the battery was left to discharge to around 50% this is normal.

Please advice on above reading correct or any repair to be done

Thanks in advance

Note the comments in bold. Any idea if the alternator is original? Any signs of wiring modifications to the alternator? Is the idle speed with AC on steady or you do you get noticeable vibrations? Now that you replaced the battery you would not get any issue for sometime even if the charging system is little less than perfect.

Above readings, except the one taken at 2000 rpm, are somewhat meaningless without an idea on the state of charge (SoC) of the battery. Usually for a new battery after a steady run of more than half an hour with all electrical load on if you measure the battery voltage you should get a reading of more than 12.4V (without load) after stopping the engine for about 4 -5 hours. Then you can safely conclude that your charging system is OK.

Dear Rumesh Grata thanks for the reply and advice

Yes Alternator is Original and no nay modification done

Is the idle speed with AC on steady or you do you get noticeable vibrations?

No any single vibration with engine and it is running very smoothly but there is a tiny vibration right side of the dish board

All Features On ( AC Head Light Radio ) at Ideal Speed 12.2V ( In hear ideal speed mean... accelerator isn't pressed )
