I'm expecting to buying nissan fb 13 or fb 14 car. Please advice me which one is best one in srilanka

FB 14 because it is the new version.

New model always good, because car manufacturers improve what they have missed on previous model (most cases) also when it's old it's getting harder to find the pare parts (specially body parts)

Would be good to go for 14

Had both cars in the family - IMO the FB13 is a bit more fun to drive than the bland FB14  - bit hard to find FB13's in good condition now so you'd be better off with the FB14 (make sure you go for FB14[1500cc] and not B14 [1300cc]

How is the fuel consumption of fb 14?. Some users said its performing about 10km per 1l,

when it comes to vehicles that are 20 years or more old you can't exactly say  - they have been abused repaired numerous times so while one car will do 10 KMPL the other will do around 8 . Nevertheless do NOT expect more than 10kmpl from an FB14 if it's Auto . A Manual might do a little bit more -it just might
