Automatically switch on car horn and lights

I have been using a Toyota aqua since 2014. Very first time I have faced a strange matter on my car. I parked the car as usual and stayed at home. Suddenly it’s horn and lights were working automatically. Then I went there and unlocked the car by remote.  After that all were back to normal. But now it’s happening over and over around hour to hour. What should I do.

Is it still happening? Your neighbours must be helluva annoyed if that's the case, and you might have a flat battery by tommorrow morning... you may have to disconnect the negative terminal from the 12v battery.

 

Do you have any aftermarket security gizmos installed?

do you have a stock remote key and alarm unit or an aftermarket one ?
