New Registration no plate

Hi All,

I just want to know whether it is legal to drive a vehicle for a short period with a paper laminated no plates until we get the new no plates from RMV? I got to know there is a delay in distributing the new no plates from RMV these days.

Worth taking all the relevant paperwork so you won't get a traffic fine for that.
