Exhaust system upgrade on swift rs

Hello guys,

I'm having thoughts to upgrade stock exhaust system to dual exhaust system on my swift rs. what I want to know is do I need to update the vehicle book after that?

That's an interesting question

 

Theoretically you can get modifications/changes (wheel size, colour etc) changed by informing the RMV along with a inspection at their technical division followed up specified payments 

The exhaust though also raises the issue of noise pollution and the specified decibel level (105db for horns?) so is it the kind of modification the RMV can/will sign off on at all??
