Mazda 3 facelift 2013

I am planning to go for a mazda3 facelift 2012-1013. My budget id around 3.5mil. Pls shed some light.

1. Maintenance 

2. Parts availability

3. fuel consumption

4. Comfortability

Haven't owned one so this is purely based on experiences on one of my  best friends former-car. 

1. Nothing extra specific than regular maintenance

2. Not a big issue as people point out - there are a few third party vendors as well such as M**NA.I'm not sure about outstations though 

3. As any regular sedan in that segment - 8-10 KMPL in city. 

4. Quite ok - though I'd rate it a notch below a similarly priced but a little bit older Civic FD Series car.
