Im going  to buy a Honda city 2002 automatic transmission. How is the fuel coconsumption and market price

Fuel Consumption : Varies on condition of vehicle and driving style. i.e two 2002 Honda Cities will have different fuel figures. The variation is higher as the cars age due to various factors. As a rule of thumb a Car with Automatic Transmission with a 1.5 L ish  engine would do 8-10KMPL in a mix of city/suburban traffic on average. 

Price - I assume between 1.5 ~ 1.8 Mill? No idea check the classifieds.

Mine is a manual and does around 11in city and 15+ outstation. If you keep a soft foot of course..

We had a 200O manual. Did the same figures as Perfmad.

we got it for 15 in 2009(I think) and sold it for 16.65 in 2011.

Thank u so much guys. I checked some vehicles. Bt most of them engines r too noisy. Is it normal or abnormal

hmmm usually Honda engines are is bit noisy (I have noticed this on citys , ek3s, and even in FD models). But you won't hear it much when you get into the cabin and close the doors. If you need a bit smooth sounding engine, go for the next model which is known as fitaria.
