Changing from auto to manual is easier than changing from manual to auto. If you got cash to spare, it can be done at the right place. 

But why change? Why not just sell it and go for a Manual March? In today's market small hatchbacks like Marchs are more valued in auto form. Even though petrol consumption is stupid for automatic Swifts and March's relative to other cars, people still love them. You can save alot of hassle (and maybe cash) by just selling and going for a Manual.
