Good machine shop to make a gear wheel ?

Hi everyone,

My power mirror gear is broken and the mirrors are not retracting anymore. the original main gear came in plastic and I tried to glue them using epoxy and no luck. Can't handle the load and it broke again. so thought of making them in steel. I checked several lathe machine shops to custom fabricate this part, but seems like they don't have the tools to make this kind of small gear. 

The gear is 16mm diameter 30 teeth and about 4mm thickness one. If anyone know a place to do this job please let me know. really appreciate your help.

Can't you 3D print it ? 

There is a company that is advertising itself on FB and they seem to be doing everything from car badges to interior clips and such....might as well check them out as well...
