Can I fix power seats to 2013 premio with non power seats?

In general Yes...you can fit power seats as long as you can find a power seat that fits your car (either original or a OEM brand). Whether it is worth it or not is another question.

Does your car already have the wiring harness for the power seats ? If not you will need to get the seat plus the harness (i.e. wiring and connectors). If your specific model of Premio has a model that came with power seats then it should be pretty straight forward as the fuse boxes, etc...should have the necessary connectors.

Try the parts shops around Delkanda and Panchikawatta....there are shops that specialise in interior bits and seat imports
