May I ask what is so special about 64- & 65- number plates ?

What does other numbers like 301- mean ?

I don't know what is special about those numbers but 64 and 65 (along with a whole host of other numbers) means it is a diesel car and 301 (along with a whole host of other numbers) means it is a petrol car.
