Honda fit gp1 hybrid battery level goes to 0

Sometimes when I switch off the engine the hybrid battery level goes to 0 (it was fully charged before ) , the trip meter data is also removed. If I restart it will start to charge.

Honda fit gp1

Hybrid battery usable capacity 23%

Any suggestions?

Never came across such issue. Are you sure your 12v battery is in good condition? or the terminals are tightened properly?

as perfmad mentioned this might suggest that the 12v battery could be the culprit. Start by looking at the 12 v battery first.
