Brake booster hybrid xtrail

I have a. 2017 ht32 xtrail. The first image is of the brake booster motor and accumulator for my vehicle. The second is for a Toyota land cruiser. They look identical. Can the Toyota work part work? It's easily available. Can't seem to find similar new part for xtrail anywhere... Other than buying the entire assembly which is very pricey.

Sometimes parts are interchangeable between manufacturers (because the part would have been supplied by the same component manufacturer).

All they look the same, you need to find out if the operational specs are the same. Looking the same only lets you know that the item can possibly physically fitted in the car.

Agreed... I'm hoping that someone is aware of specs or has tried it....

I don't think we have any T32 X Trail owners who are active members. 

Perhaps posting the part number and things like manufacturer name, etc.. might help
