Over Heating of Suzuki Swift HT51S 2003 model (Jeep Model)

SCANOLOGIC LANKA

Question

Noticed water drop in from radiator first, then change the radiator cap, but the situation same, then again check water pressure and noticed Water Jacket leakage. Replaced water jacket but the situation still remaining. then changed radiator fan (in this type Only one fan for both radiator and AC), done full radiator service (found some leakages and fixed them). Now in the idle running condition the temperature controls normally (Fan start at when getting heated the engine and off automatically with AC and without AC modes), But in the long run WITH AC and if we stuck in the traffic temperature goes high instantly. (Goes down if we switch off the AC).
What will be the issue ?
didn't check Thermostat / Water pump yet. And mechanics suspects gas cut issue.

Cooling issues are the cause for blown head gasket changing the gasket without attending the cooling issues wont fix the problem. If temp increases when stuck in traffic possible reason is the radiator fan is not kicking in properly ..may be a faulty thermostat.

I would check Thermostat , Fans , Radiator (whether any blocks/leaks etc im not sure how effective is fixing the leaks work.. better replace with a after market one ), Check any oil sludges in coolant..if found your head gasket is blown replace the gasket

Have a Chevy Cruze (Same car badge engineered) in the extended family had the same issues and the reason was blown gasket. This sounds like the same issue - as @TheClutch mentioned take a look at the coolant if it's contaminated its even more likely it was the gasket. Get it replaced. Should not be too difficult to find spares for this model.
