this happen to me when i called an advertisement from ##### once referring a corolla 110

it said "mint condition"

i asked him "so its not that good... coz its not freezing cold"

he replied "no.. i mean.. erm....... yeah there are some scratches near the door"

"Serious buyers only" - Same as above

"Very fuel efficient" - Yeah only that car!

"Bargain price" - 10% above normal market price
