Wel I have seen plenty of 3M outlets have injector cleaning or else you could try Kl***park... if it is calibration you need then I do remember seein this ad on hitad relating to such services.. I am unsure bout their quality of work though..

Some other members of AL would have a better solution...

Try a Diesel Specialist (L@l and Ni*al/ Ed*iri*s*ngh* Br*s etc.). D*m* does a thorough job but might cost a bit more. If you are repairing the engine...do a thorough job cos its worth the investment if you are using the car on the long-term.

Get a compression test, get your pump serviced replace heater plugs if engine takes time to fire up.

Your engine woulda done 3-400k with the mileage here and Japan.

3M places are only good at initial stages for diesels. If your engine is quite worn....say over 150k on the clock...the carbon is 'holding things together'...enter the system cleaner...the carbon deposits dissolve and your engine starts running undercompressed.

Machang issue in my wagon is it gives lot of black smoke when try to run in low speed in a high gear setting and also vibration of engine. When i showed to a bass at a garage he told me that seal in injector pump is broken and some one had adjusted the setting(may be a mechanic who fixed the wagon earlier when my dad was using it). so i was told to get my injectors clean and also get pump setting adjusted. Since most of ppl say if engine pump setting adjusted wrong it will cost very high amount to get it re-fix or replace. so i need a very good expirence place who knows to do the job right. From above places who you think better? Even though my dad brough the car 10yrs back it only had run 65,000 KM yet.

...sounds like you need to have your injector nozzles checked &/or have the injectors pressurized and the entire pump serviced...

its not all that costly to service - but one you've got the proper settings on the injectors and pump you'll see a huge improvement in performance..

i get my work done at a place in Orugodawatta - thier work is quite satisfactory - however i'm not sure if they handle japanese vehicles :(

anyways just try KL3VENBERG
