Rusted Areas

:( Hi

I have a Ford laser car and do have few problems to solve

Around my door corners (inside) I see paint bubbles (initial stage of rusting) .

What I did was, I applied primer after scratching the area.

My question is

Is there a good place where I can get those patches painted and get the original condition?

Best regards

Shivanka

Hi,

Had a 13 Sri Ford Laser some time back. That model had a lot of problems with rust. One particularly bad place was the undercarriage. One of the mounts where the front lower arm attaches to the body had rusted and it just fell off one day. Had to send it for a rather costly repair at the agents since I didn't want to mess up the allignment by getting a normal garage to fix it. If it's the same model or even a subsequent one, it may be worth checking the rest of the car as well for rust.

So i guess the bettle guy did a good job eh ?

I think there are very few good tinkers around, I do have one question though, did he do it within the projected time ?

in a word, no..... but to be fair to him, the car was rusted WAY more than originally anticipated.... but im happy with the work, you see it on the other thread nuh?
