KIA Picanto 2017 Auto - not moves fast and stops in hills

I'm having a KIA Picanto 2017 model car. (Bought B/N in 2018 Feb) A month ago car starts to run slower than normal even in flat roads. also the car jumps heavily when gear is changing after the start and running. some times car never goes up in hills. But problem solves when the car turns off from key and restarts. Recently I feel that car is not going fast and it is going on 2nd gear. it never moves to 3rd or 4th gear. KIA Service center persons did an Engine tune up by cleaning and replacing spark plugs. But the problem not solved. A person from Gear box service center told me that the issue is not comes from gear box but it may comes from ECU due to an electric short. Also recently KIA service center person scanned the car and told me to Check and clean the Valve body and then if not solved check the Torque converter. Can any one please tell me if you have any idea that exactly the problem comes.

This is a common issue with the Picanto 2017 that usually pops up after 25,000 Mileage. It is covered under the warranty and they replace the throttle body sensor for you. Please take it to the Kia Service center in Malabe .I had to wait couple of months for parts to arrrive becasue I got this problem during Covid but do not worry its a very common problem and covered under warranty if youve got the vehicle for Kia Sri Lanka !
