My Toyota Harrier 2014 (ZSU60) Rear Tailgate Power Hatch Lift Support (L+R) is faulty, can i use Toyota rav4 or highlander 2014 rear power tailgate hatch lift instead of harrier 2014?

Hard to say...the part numbers are different. So there might be some small differences.

If the difference is in the shaft length or something physical then you won't be able to use it. If the difference is something like a connector or a bolt then you might be able to do some customization/fabrication and make it work.

Best is to take the part from your car and do a physical comparison with one at a parts shop.

You are not going to find "experience" in Sri Lanka. We do not get the Grand Hilander in Sri Lanka. The RAV4 (from the period) that we have the most in Sri Lanka is the JDM version (A30 series sold in Japan from 2005 till 2016). The JDM version did not get a power rear hatch (in fact it was a swing-out door).  We have a few A40 series RAV4s but those models were not offered with a power rear hatch in Sri Lanka.

This is going to be a hard question for anyone to answer without an actual physical comparison.
Since the Harrier was a JDM model typically not found in many export markets that had the A40 series no one from a region who has the full range of A40 RAV4s will not be able to answer the question. Sadly your Harrier is different from the Lexus RX of the sametime as well.
