I bought one because that's the only thing I could afford in sunny Sri Lanka - for the money you would pay to get a beemer M5 brand new elsewhere in the world! Word is that MR holdings has bought a considerable stake in the company.

Government servant permit was custom made to accommodate the Rextons and the new legislation to restrict the engine capacity has completely paralyzed any future vehicle assembly projects. These things surely cannot be just a coincidence.

It was at the point of giving permission to Micro to offer the Rexton did MR put their hands into Micro. The Rexton itself is also affected by the engine capacity restriction.
