MasterDon
Source-http://www.geekologie.com/2008/11/thanks_but_no_thanks_i_value_m.php Video- The device will support a portion of user's body weight whether they're crouching, walking or climbing stairs and is meant to help both those physically weakened with age or injury as well as workers who would need to reduce the stress on their bodies from heavy work or unusual positions. The device will support users within two inches of its preset 5-foot, 7-inch user height. The entire system, including its lithium ion battery and shoes, weighs 14.3lbs, and uses two electric motors to assist users' leg movement for up to two hours before a re-charge is required. Devinda_Z
that thing looks rather odd , but typically Japanese did any of you watch James May's Big Idea's sereis which aired last month on the BBC ? (downloaded the torrents ) [kinda like "Beyond 2000" for those that remeber the show from the 80's & 90's that seeks out cutting edge development and breakthoughs in science] There was a rather more complex yet crude machine which bore striking similarities to the one above in terms of the concept of operation That was limited to a height of 5' 2" if i recall right!
