Hi,

Any idea what sort of percentage is reduce when we have no claim bonus? I paid a premium of about 82k. I got the renewal notice with the new premium set at 77k(No claim). Thats only a 5k reduction . Seems rather low to me. Or is that normal??? This is my first renewal...

Thats normal. Usually its around 5%

i thought the norm was between 5~10%

don't recall ever getting anything more than that one the first renewal..
