Ok then here are those links again. Damn, I canna believe I cracked it.....

This was the road we had to traverse. over a 20 foot drop on the left side to a river......

Thats GT Am with an escort, had to walk the road to see if it was drivable...in the end it took 2 4x4 cabs and a car transporter with a boom crane......and a Daihatsu fortrak running recce :)

This was my first view of the car. parked there for over 10 years.......that tractor's tire was flat and had to be moved manually .....

on the truck, about two weeks later. Over 10 people, and it got stuck. Had to use the boom crane as a winch and pull the truck up the road.....

Yeah finally got the image shack thing....

The coconuts were worth less .....btw, the funny thing with the owners of classic cars which have been left to rust is that they dont want to sell it unless they get their often ridiculous asking prices.

they would rather let them rust....funny situation.

Resto now in progress and fully stripped out. Hope this year she will come out ....... <_<

Also gimme your opinions on the colour. I prefer dark options as this shows the chrome / shiny bits better which complements the cars lines....but hey...feel free to prove me wrong lol. :blum3:

Prad my votes are,

1. What is called Fiat Sprint Blue - Check out 90's Fiat Turbo Coupes' many came in this hue. I think its the Alfa Rosso of Fiat.

2. White - With some subtle red and green striping and a couple of Abarth Scorpions strategically placed.

yup...nothing says "ABARTH" like white does

the MG A is about 90% done mate,it just needs the upholstry work and the final paint coating to be applied...many thanks to all Al members especially supra who has been a real help with this...it was only up for a new chassis and body paintjob but thanks to the financial situation and idiots we had to work with this has dragged on for nearly one and a half years...the 2cv is also almost complete,just need to attach the recently arrived parts,but the bloke whos putting it together is a real slow-poke,so it may take months...the others are as they were i'm afraid :(
