Hi Guys,

I'v got some pic of my Alfasud Restoration whch is taking place at the moment. With Thanks To GTam & Few other friends I own this Italian Beauty...

Any one else got any restoration Pic?

which model is this ?

what would be the colour ? have a look @ these beauties

Mate is a 1982 1.5Ti... the 3 cars at the back ( 2 Red's and One black) are the same body except for the sun roof

how have you found a good place for the restoration? by looking at the background one garage came to my mind. by any chance is this place between Pannipitiya & Arawwala ?

didn't realise RossoTrans worked under the cover of darkness :lol:

glad to see the car being resurrected - i hear its got a bit of competition pedegree as well!

well not me honestly, but one of my uncles.. yet he wanted me to monitor the job and do random checking on the progress.. maan that guy didn't leave anything for me to check.. and very hardly I've corrected any mistakes.. Worth the price you pay. I still can remember how his car looked after the initial spray. I felt that I'm looking at a bare body shell taken off from the assembly line.. pretty neat!

Yes yes I'm glad :D Was begining to feel kind of lonely out here.

Yeah the competition pedigree is there, we need to verify about the wins/placings etc - But the guy is/was the best driver in SL I have seen in action.

What's of more value though is the name of the 1st registered owner ;)

Nope.. body work is 85% cmpleted.. will post u with new pic tomorrow... it should take few weeks from now to complete I hope :rolleyes:
