hi guys, My hood light is kinda dim. Any place you all can recommend where i can get a LED light fixed? appreciate if you could give me an appropriate cost as well?

I got a couple of LEDs (parking lights) from this guy in April. However, his dome lights were not very good. They were very dim. The brake LED lights were also dim. He said that he would be getting down better stuff in May, and promised to call me, but I didn't get that call.
