went to the service station to pick up a friends car and see what we bumped into no idea on what this is but i love it .... may be some one can shed some light on this matter ..... guess its a very expencive car cos it has a number plate which worths around 200Mil srilankan rupees ....

you'd think that someone who can afford that plate could afford something a little bit "premium" than that; yes I understand it's the most luxurious Toyota, but it's still only about $100K. Or maybe he spent all his money for the plates that he didn't have enough left over to buy a Rolls? lol

i'm guessing the owner is a jap eccentric. i read somewhere that this car is mostly bought by self made entrepreneurs in japan. he probably had more money to blow on a more expensive motor. but being all patriotic and eccentric he probably bought this.

special plates are auctioned off by the governments machang...mainly in arab countries and hong kong...usually the single digit numbers go for whopping amounts of money...

the plates are from oman mate ur spot on mean green lower the number its more expencive specially number 1 will go for a whopping 500mil cos over here people who have the numbers are already rich and they really don't care on how much they have to pay to get what they like .....

and damn is it 100k .... i knew it was special from the very first time i saw it ..may be it was the owner of toyota / lexus OMAN the bugger became a big shot from Zero cos he owns the biggest toyota showroom and service station in the world after Japan and big boss of toyota personally came down to oman to witness the opening ....
