Thanks in advance wishvak A recent test by Fifth Gear ( a motor show in the UK which you might or might not get in SL) revealed that the difference in performance (key performance indicators being stopping distance, stopping distance in the wet etc) between big brands and not so big brands are not that big. Surely better branded tyres will last longer, be more comfortable and stop quicker etc but if there is good thread on the tyres, the rubber is not cracked or aged, and the ride is relatively comfortable (as in you have no complaints about ride quality) I say it's worthwhile to wait before they wear out before investing on new tyres. Just my 2 cents.

Hi, This GT(chinese) is made by a company called GITI****.......they are actually trying to get the market of GT(Indonesian)...which is made by a company called Gajah Tungaal(.....damn nice name ) by marketing it in the same "fonts" on the tyre itself. Chinese one id much cheaper as you said poor handing especially on wet days..........

Bugatti
Once upon a time, I had GT Champiro on my K11, and the traction in wet weather was a B*tch... But the millage gained was awesome... you gotta evaluate the pros and cons of each tyre. Currently running of GoodYear Eagle F1... so far the best I've used, when it comes to driving in wet weather. Thinking of going for Yokohama S-Drive on the next change... as I've heard the traction is even better. Please do share you thoughts if any of you have used Yokohama. Cheers.
