FB-15 may be the most easiest and cheepest to maintain car in recent years.

Except for that Mazda is good looking, spacious, good on fuel, and reliable, etc, etc, etc

Thanks guys for da comments...

But most of the ppl says it z difficult to sell Mazda than Nissan. Why is dat.

Yes, specially Nissan Sunny. It is because mainly the perception. And if you look at outstations for brands other than Toyota and Nissan people have only few options when it comes to spare parts and reliable repairing.

You are searching Selling options b4 buying the car? :)

in my opinion, if you are in colombo Area it doesn't matter.

if You are not gonna expect to sell your car withing 24 hrs.

Back in year 2000, against all advice with regard to parts, re-saleability, technical expertice etc, I took the risk and bought a Honda EG8 as my first car (at that time most people advised me to buy a Doctor Sunny or Corolla). But hey my decision was correct! I enjoyed that car to the max. I loved it and have no regrets buying that. I had no problems in finding parts, expertise etc and I was able to sell it with just one advertisement and on the same day of the advertisement. So, if you are living close to Colombo, parts, expertise, re-saleability etc should not really be a concern. You will find enough places to buy parts, find good mechanics and also find a buyer the day you want to sell it. So, at the end of the day buy what you would love to drive and love to own, something that reflects your personality. If you like style, comfort, sportiness and wants to look a bit out of the ordinary, buy BJ5P and you won't regret. If you are conservative (which is absolutely fine to be), buy the FB15. The decision is all yours. Both are good options.

Totally agree with you. end of the day , it's your money.

Test Drive a few models and find a suitable one.

In my opinion , you can buy YOM2000 Mazda or YOM1998 Nissan.( most of the time 2 -3 years YOM different )

there is lots of things to consider.

Reselling option is just a one thing.
