Yup, if you search carefully in the net, it's easy to find a Stang with same Specs that you wanted. (There is thousands of Stangs for sale) eBay, Craigslist,Cars.com to name a few.

Yup, not many people go for the Brembo brakes, higher axle ratio or the 19 inch wheels due to cost, I guess. And that's all available when we need it. :)

XAVIOR: Yea I know you were referring to the Saleen Mustang, but was just saying that their own S7 is much better, though of course in a whole different league wink.gif

In case I caused some confusion, it's this that is kinda better than the Shelby as some say :

Really think someone needs to reignite the Ford dealership in Sri Lanka. So many nice cars & trucks that could potentially be brought into the county at reasonable prices

There was a Ford dealership in SL? Care to shed more light on this as I don't remember it? I think thats'a great idea, as I think cars like the Mondeo and even Escort (if these models are still in production) would have a good market in SL. So long as they don't bring those damn F150s... :unsure:

DPMC used to be the Agents- since then they seem to have moved on to Bajaj.. The F150 is actually a pretty nice truck :) beats 'damn 'smart cabs' :P The Escort has long been discontinued. Stuff like the Focus, Fiesta, Fusion and Explorer are their big guns at the moment I think..

Wow, nice! Are you planning on getting it converted to RHD or is it already that?

Hasn't anyone ever told you not to believe everything on the interwebs? :) Someone was bringing down a Gallardo once upon a time too. And an F430. Pretty sure you can find those threads if you search around here.

Yeah. David peries. I think they still import ford pickup trucks.

Actually, I guess that post may have been pulling our legs, since I just remembered reading sometime ago that LHD imports are not allowed for (normal folks) use unless it's being rexported by that conversion company.
