I was also looking for a 121 some time back. Never encountered one below 2.5mn

2 months back my uncle bought a 121 G grade for around 3 Milion. So I assume a X grade might go around 2.7 million. You can't get 1 for 2.2 Mil for sure. But a Carina yes.
