I think So. But When I asked them, they offer me only two types of alarm system. One-way security system which cost me around 8500/=, other is a Two-way security system which would be cost round 17,000/=. I did not select two way security system Because of the price and my requirement also fulfilled by the first one.

Thanks Ripper & Stig, I bring the vehicle to the electrician at Yakkala, he did the job that not taken more than 5 minutes but dash switch disconnected. (Even he did not brother to open the rear door ) Previously I have installed the audio set-up by myself, but I have no confidence of touching these areas as it will directly effect to the ignition system. That Darly road guy has been saved in my memory. Stig, It was a electrical switch, not mechanical. Again... Thanks for reply………. Anjula

Hi, I have installed a one way security system to my corolla EE102 Wagon. I had to have installed the central locking system to all four doors, as there were no central locking system came with the car. However the rear door has originally equipped with lock/unlock switch which located on the dashboard ( near the gear liver ). The problem is the S*nLan*a people unable to connect my rear door to their security system which they installed. If anyone have face these kind of issue and overcome it by yourself, please give some advice for me.

You have to understand that the temp meter is responding to the amount of the current passing through the sensor. If the sensor is getting got, the amount of the current passing through the sensor will increase. If the sensor passing more current mean the temp meter raises more. mostly your temp meter should be malfunctioning, cause it seems to be respond only to the current flow without any resistance (you state that the meter is working when the earth to the car body (-)) So.. my idea is check the temp meter mechanism/circuit rather than worrying about the sensor...

You did not understand his point... He is just asking the quality of current fuel which we are consuming I am not a daily runner with my car… once a month top-up the tank. Using an Indian pulsar 150cc for daily use, it did not indicate significant difference..

Riper, I am thinking of replacing my EE102 wagon fron head Light/Sginal/Parking/Shell/Bumber/Fog-light with ussed G-tourring cristel set. the cost would be 30K. is it also get a bad look for wagon type one..?

I had KE72 wagon (15 sri / year: 1983) which is 1300cc engine and 4 speed tranny. the KE74 comes with 1500cc engine and 5 speed tranny. Unlike latest cars, the market value is KE74(1500cc) bit lower than KE72(1300cc). both models has flat roof and high roof versions. high roof version has higher market value than flat roof. I thought the rear wiper and window defroster comes with the "GL" model not “DX”

Same thing happened to my corolla EE102 on Jan last year, no leaks, liners are ok. then try to service the master pump using repair kit, could not able do it due to the wear of cylinder, then replaced with a second hand master pump... up-to-date no issue....

even you didnt make changes to your computer, the AV program can dounload security patches by itself and configure your system for optimum protection against internet risk. So try diabling the anty spam or anty spy...

Is this HID lights can be ussed with non cristal light models? I have a corolla EE102 wagon that usses halegon lamps.

I am not an expert... But did U check the A/C gas pressure recently...? It seems to be the cooler matrix dose not get cool enough to handle high air flow.

How about Toyota KE-72 DX Wagon. You would be able to find 1983-1986 / 15/16SRI vehicle around 4-4.5 with A/C Too. Spear parts can be easiily found.

about couple of years back, I have seen a same type of car has replaced with a different type of meter panel due to the captured of tsunami. therefor U may not difficult to go for your sencond option. visit Delkanda area for replacement with a alternate meter panel.

I got it from "MODSpot (Pvt) Limited" located at Kyzer street near by Commercial Bank Branch. I managed to purchase it fro 12500/= and they gave me One year warrnty that I did not rely on it. You May surf around the shops at 2nd cross street, but beware of 2nd quality setups. ( same Brands but low prices ) Some shops selling first quality setups with out packing for less than another 500/= than the original price( ony have the origial cardboard box , but no regiform packing inside) yes this setup has its own clock. it display the Time when your switch is on ( All the banded car set up has this feature )
