Did you do wheel alignment after changing the rack ends? Did you fix new alloys? If you haven't done wheel alignment after replacing rack ends, get it done. And if you fixed alloys get the wheels balanced. Also it might be a tire with broken belts

Try Projector fog lamps with HIDs. They would be cheaper and will aid the low beam . Eg- Hella Micro DE

04- Try innate graphics. Also I remember him having a Mesh grille for sale. 05- For a normal tune up he doesn't chip the ECU. Chipping is done to improve performance by using fuel and ignition maps and it cost a lot more than a normal tune up. . Normal tune up involves cleaning of injectors,throttle body etc as said by Mkx

This happened to me also. Now I use a set of lockable dust caps and no issues so far -
Try out Hella or Osram bulbs.Dont go for blue tinted bulbs because they don't suit bad weather.Also fix a good pair of fog lights.

The cheaper ones have issues with ballast. Going for a good brand like Philips would be better.

ES3- Comes with a D17A engine. Fabric interior and comes with bodykit , optional sunroof and 15" alloys. It does about 8-9 kmpl in the city.

It depends on your requirements. The Estilo has more legroom,headroom and boot space and has a better driving position than the A star. The A star has better interior and handles better than the Estilo.

Bro then You must have driven one with either misaligned wheels or bent rims. Did 100 kmph on parliment strech on a testdrive to check the alignment after aligning the wheels at the agents and didn't notice any vibrations. Don't assume things

This is due to the misalignment of wheels.Get your wheels aligned from a good place. If you've change the rims to Alloys get the wheels balanced too. Also if the rack ends wear off it will make the steering vibrate at speeds more than 60kmph. No this is not the nature of the car.

My advise is to stay away from it. One of my uncle's bought one and after 4 months the car started heating due to a faulty radiator fan. Also it does about 7 kmpl though it's a manual. It's better to go for a used Jap car

If its the stock headlamps its H4. If its Projector lights the High beam is H1 and Low beam is H7 if I remember right. Also I would advise you to go for 6000k as 8000k would be useless in bad weather .

With the addition of injectors with a higher flow rate you'll decrease the fuel pressure. To overcome this you'll have to use a Fuel pressure regulator or a different fuel pump. Also as said by Ripper the ECU should be remapped and u'll need to use a high flow filter replacement filter or a Cone filter to provide sufficient air. Btw which car's injectors are you gonna use on it?
