  1. Try AliExpress or eBay. It is the best option.
  2. Thank you so much iRage. Any good place to check? BTW this is a European model imported from the UK
  3. Hey, pros! Dealing with a head-scratcher in my Mitsubishi ASX—1.8 DI-D turbo 6-speed MT. On downhill adventures, the ASC SYSTEM SERVICE REQUIRED error pops up, and a stop and restart seems to do a temporary fix, but the Check Engine light keeps on and after a few engine re-start cycles, it goes away. Ignoring ASC SYSTEM SERVICE REQUIRED error leads to an involuntary speed reduction until I stop and restart. This is becoming a frequent issue. Any suggestions on what steps I should take?
  4. He is in Gampaha dude. PM me if you are around.
  5. My GRACE is now 91,000. No issue so far. After 80 you must do a complete engine tune up together with Gear Oil and DCT oil change. Also the technician did some software update too as I remember. He said it is related to the gear box.
  6. What is the mileage? Have you changed the Gear and DCT oil ?
  7. BTW did you change Duel Clutch oil ogether with gear oil change?
  8. Hi.. You need to change both Gear Oil and duel Clutch oil.
  9. Hi.. Try to change the gear to L when you are in stop and go traffic. Me too using a GRACE and feel more comfortable in L gear in the heavy traffic. It avoids frequent gear changing and heating up the DCT.
  10. Hi.. Try changing the gear to L when you are in a heavy traffic. It avoids frequent gear changing and heating up the DCT. Also keep Econ mode off when you are in small traffic. Do the same in steep too. Me too using a Grace and now reaching to 80000. BTW did you change your Gear oil and Duel clutch oil at 40,000 ?

    Importing a damaged car

    Thanks iRage
  12. Hi Friends, Could someone clarify the possibility to import a slightly damaged (couple of dents on the body) to Sri Lanka please? Please note this is not for sale or a business. It is for personal use.
  13. Honda Internavi Premium Club multimedia should be Gathers setup which you cannot change into English. Me too tried to insert SL map but failed. Mainly I had the language issue.
  14. No dude. One of my friend did. I am in Katunayake. If you are around we could help. Nothing much. Just remove the switch and open by pressing the two locks. clean the circuit with a good contact cleaner and re-fix. You save Rs.30,000.00 for sure Thilak
  15. Hi esanda007 I am using Honda Grace from 2015 Oct. You are correct. it is a decent car with good looks and better interior. Fuel consumption is around 18-22 in average conditions. Honda Grace use Duel Clutch transmission technology. Therefore you need to check and replace Duel Clutch oil too when changing your transmission oil. It cost you around Rs.3000.00 extra. I normally check my clutch oil condition in my periodic service and make sure it is in good condition. I did not come across any battery failure in Honda Grace cars up to now. Honda hybrid battery life is specified, by Honda, to be at least ten (10) years, or 150,000 miles of use If you look after well there will be no issue. Good car. Thilak
  16. Hi Kermit, Same thing happened to my friends Vezel 2014 and he replaced with a cost of Rs.28,000.00. Later we cleaned the old push start button by one of our electronic technician and fixed to another Vezel which indicated the same issue and it still running without any issue. now almost 10 months. I am using a GRACE 2014 and me too had the same issue and I fixed the Push start button which replaced from the 2nd Vezel after cleaning. My error indicator disappeared. cost me only fixing and scanning charge. We are now keeping one cleaned Push start button in our pool as stand by. LOL Try cleaning the contacts of your Push start button and fix. I am sure it will work as before.
  17. Try Hyb** Hub place near Keththarama stadium.
  18. Are you sure this fuel consumption? Me too use a Grace and it never go above 19 when going through Kadugannawa.
  19. Check http://hybridhub.lk/ They do battery maintenance works in Hybrids.
  20. Thanks a lot Davy.
  21. Dear Friends, This is little different topic regarding the battery. I am using a Honda Grace 2014 Dec. I bought in 2015 Sept. (Direct imported.) 7100 was on the clock. I am using the car daily and still using the same 12V Battery. Now 56,000 done. In every periodic service I get the battery checked and found it is in good working condition and no need to replace. Since it is almost 3 years now I am little confused that it may fail at any time. What is the normal life time of a 12V battery? What is your advice? Is it Ok to continue? How could I find when to replace before I go into trouble by a sudden failure? Kindly advice. Many thanks.
  22. Honda Grace - City 18-19 , Outstations 21 - 24 . (not very soft on the paddle)
  23. Hi Buddhi_1 Unfortunately I am not an expert in this. But if you could do a test run just notice below. 1. If you are having difficulty engaging gears, 2. If accelerate and the engine revolutions go up, but the car does not speed up, 3. An abnormal noise. this is what I know. Hope an expert in the forum will help you with more. One of my friend met with and accident and the car was in the Gurage for couple of months due to an Insurance issue. Once repaired we noticed the above and the agents advised to replace the Duel clutch assembly as it has been damaged. The cost was around Rs.400,000. But he managed to repair from a place near the Kalani Bridge for Rs.100,000/= all inclusive and now it is like new. So don't worry.
  24. Hi Buddhi_1 Rumesh88 given a good comparison. But Don't be scared for the technology. I use Honda Grace. Almost same. No issues in DCT if you look after the car well. Go to a reputed place for your periodic service. Change the Duel Clutch oil too while you change the gear oil at 40000. Normally I check DC oil in every other service. If slugged or not good I change. It cost only Rs.3000.00. No issues and gives a good Driving pleasure. As rumesh88 said " Trend, GP5 is much preferred by the younger generation"
  25. I do not know it is Ok with the admin to publish the names. It is a place near Kettharama cricket stadium. PM me if you need the exact name of the place. I really don't have any idea about the consequences of changing gears from D to N frequently in traffic. Hope an expert in this forum will help. For me it is little difficult to shift the smaller gearlever to N often. What I do (switch off Econ mode) is Ok with me to have a better run in traffic and hills with minimum jerk ,normally these duel clutch drives have. I do not think much about fuel economy. But apply light throttle and avoid heavy breaking. Use cruise control in highways and specially keep a good tire pressure and clean air filter. Use 95 octane. My car does average 19 to 22 and it is Ok with me. Please note : I am not an expert on this. LOL
