hi dude

first of all congratulation on purchasing carin gt. engine parts are freely available and try toyota dealers because some parts are only found at agent e.g. fuel filter.if your car is manual transmission it do 8-10 kmpl around city in outstation it do 11-13 the fuel figures mostly based on your driving style. :)

blacktop and silvertops are 20 valves. redtops and bluetops are 16 valves.stuff is interchangeable to a point. older bluetops have smaller internals. redtops have an oil drain line from the head to the block. you can use redtop pistons in a bluetop if the wrist pins are the correct size. you can use 20v pistons, but if you dont set the timing belt properly, first time, startup will bend valves. go to the REFERENCE section, go down to Section 2, click the first one up top.

im using a silvertop block, crank, and rods. matted to bluetop pistons(late model 20mm wrist pins) modded to clear the oil squirters. bluetop head, intake system, ecu...oh yeah, and redtop, high comp, 235cc injectors-all in my ae86

so a combination will work if done right. read up, search a bit. theres a bunch of people who have these "franken-motors".

bluetops also have larger intake flow, they are called largeports. the bluetop cams have more lift, 0.4mm iirc. redtops have higher compression.
