yeah.. agree..SL have stupid market trend..some people dying for toyota.. all they want TOYOTA..TOYOTA.. they even cant think about other brands...

they don't want to compare options with other makes...recently i saw a corollla 121, without having power shutters & power mirror...who the idiot spend 2.8m to buy these kind of cars, even without thses basic function...but some people still buying those...as per my opinion people should bother about both options & fuel consumption , when buying a car..

fuel consumption means average fuel efficeincy respect to engine capacity...(other than saying 800cc car do more km/l than 1500cc car)

well buddy.. i recommend you to quit CYNOS if you are thinking of a reselling. Those are the cars used by real car enthusiasts who concern only about the beauty of the ride, comfort ( cynos is not super-comfort though ), acceleration , etc instead of reselling value, fuel consumption, maintanance cost as most of poor guys like us a are worrying about..

Even i had an idea about cynos as my 1st car 5 years back since it is soo handy car.. But later i left that idea after lot of advices and went for N16 which i sold for 3 lax more than the bought price 1 month back That highlights the sense of buying a car with reselling value.

So if u reaaly reaaly need a cynos only , go for it forgetting all the other issues. otherwise u will end up in despair with low reselling value in urgency + lack of spare parts + issues of 2 door car like nonstop blaming from parents

so u better go for something like FB14 , startelt , AE 100 ( if u r lucky ) or honda car for the budget.. or indian car if oki for u.

I agree with hasmax,this is a sports car,and you cant expect everything you benefit from buying a normal car

LOL...Thy Cynos is none of those things,hardly a enthusiasts car if i'm honest.more a poser mobile.

hahaa.. well um not an expert at all... but none of u guys will thr for this guy when he gonna sell a cynos if he gets it.. just wanted to convince that fact.. not advice .. and instead of teasing at me, y dont u guys give him true, honest, expert, superb, fantastic, professional ADVICES

will autolanka becomes interesting and impressive when we say someone in need to get a car to forget all contemporary issues of our country and get in to trouble ?? i know that car deals are real freaky in ds part of the country with weird opinions.. but cant help. if u r not mervin silvas's son or namal rajapaksha u hv to consider them too..

All you're 'convincing' him to do is to buy a different car simply so he can make a few bucks off it afterwards. I'm sorry, but there's more to owning a car than to just use it and abuse it and then sell it off for a profit. But you probably wouldn't understand this.

yes, because these so called contemporary issues reduce a car to an economics equation:

value of car = (selling price in future) - (buying price now) - (fuel cost) - (repairs cost)

that's a bit like choosing a woman to marry based on how much dowry she brings and how cheap her tastes are.

Hehe what do you mean 'dull'?? There are people calling Cynoses 'sports cars'! its a laugh a minute up in here!

@OP: dude, buy a Cynos, it looks aiight and they are economical to run, according to my friend who had one. Or you can buy an FB14 and become a drone.
