Jami !

for me it's indicating a problem in your petrol line from tank to the engine unit or stater motor problem(May be some brushes has gone)

what does you really mean by this ? then i shift the gear lever to N position and Push the car around 1 m and and then it starting.

If it not starting i manage to start from this way, is it occupy with Locking sensors and it not lock properly in p POSITION, it may not start. i dont now is this a electrical or a mechanical problem

Dude , This is hilarious !! Its an AUTOMATIC , a automatic transmission has to be towed of pushed downhill till it reaches atleast 35mph before it can be tow/push started in theory NOT 1 meter unless u meant 1 mile. Also im not sure this works on newer electronic controled transmission mechanisms at all.

What you are saying is the car starts but only when its on N and not P. If so there is nothing wrong with the starter motor or petrol line. Do you crank the engine while its stationary or while someone is pushing it ?

It has to be some issue in the transmission, most likely an electrical issue.

could be an issue with the electrical contacts of the shift lever. I had the same problem in a March. Sometimes engine wouldn't crank in P or N. But moving the lever from P-L back & forth a few times, engine would crank normally, I guess you have to clean the contacts.

This happened in my FB15 a very few times. First I thought it was something with the battery. moving the gear leaver back and forth worked every time. Never had to clean the contacts because it happened very very rarely. But probably its a DIY job?

'Jami'

lot of members had given their experiences, If you are capable get to the point mentioned by the members by yourself.

Then try out do a care full examination of contacts. I too suspect same. Try to hold an air pressure and clean up the contacts.

Do as suggested by the members or take your Vehicle to a good technician for a proper job.
