regarding the post Ek3 idle drop down to 400

i have wasted much more money in this case

so before change the alternator again is there any one to change and see really the alternator gives the problem

car is ek3 99 brand new one

and 3 pin( Oval shape pin) alternator

honda specialist says the system is k

but i know that previously this issur=e was not there

i havnt gone to Agents still
