How about Rexton around 2009, saw couple off ads in AL too. But no idea about maintainance cost

Go for a Montero or maybe even a used Harrier.

Well no idea what you want to use the SUV for or what kind of SUV you actually want...

...but isn't a 2007ish AWD CR-V (this is the RE range) go for around the 4.8ish for a good specimen? We have a 2007/2008 CR-V that is not being used so was looking in to selling that off and the price was around 4.5mil onwards (or course you have the occasional units being asked for ridiculous prices by its owners).
