Please help me to choose the best for my permit ! I'm looking for a merc or a SUV. Don't mind the budget just tell me he best. Thanks guys!

Since you have no budget constrains no point of going for a permit vehicle you can buy a Mercedes GL class which will satisfy both your requirements

If you say don't mind the budget, I say go for Range Rover Evoke or BMW X3. If you still have any interest in sedans, go for BMW 520d
