Putting The Sign On Blank Papers When Buying Vehicle With Own Permit

Can you please tell me why these (C*Mart or C*loni) guys are asking to put the sign on blank papers even if we are going with our own permit.

I am not willing to do so, can you please advice.

Well, as a practice you should NEVER place your signature on a blank paper what ever the crazy reason they give.

Signing a blank paper. (So many possibilities)

1) You accept to settle if additional/hidden charges incur.

2) You accept what ever the vehcile they will offer you (with lesser options)
